Case in South Fulton May Lead to Wrongful Death Case

In a devastating incident on Tuesday night, three individuals lost their lives in a collision involving three vehicles, including a MARTA bus, on Stonewall Tell Road in South Fulton County. The Georgia State Patrol reported that a blue Ford F-150, traveling north, collided with a black car attempting a left turn. The impact pushed the F-150 into a head-on crash with the southbound MARTA bus. The three occupants of the Ford F-150 were declared dead at the scene, while three others from the same vehicle were rushed to Grady Memorial Hospital with severe injuries. The MARTA bus driver also sustained serious injuries, though no passengers were aboard at the time. Preliminary investigations suggest the Ford F-150 may have ignored a traffic signal. Another vehicle involved fled the scene before authorities arrived. The identities of the victims remain undisclosed, and the investigation is ongoing.
